The Best Predictor of a Marketing Consultants’ Future Performance is their Past

We have our best team of marketing consultants, all whom share the same values and enhance our company culture in place, but as any good marketing team, we are hellbent on being the best marketing consultants in our perspective Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane regions in 2021.

Why your marketing consultant doesn't know it all
There is this notion that marketing consultants should know it all. They are after all qualified in marketing and are employed to steer a company or brand with their knowledge and expertise. Sitting in my office in South Yarra, Melbourne, I am reminded at just how much experience is in the room, but while we are all skilled at what we do, we learn every single day something new. Coming into our Melbourne marketing agency today, I was faced with a huge dilemma - how are we going to adapt to wearing a facemask in the office? This might sound trivial but it is not. We talk all day long, on the phone, in person, during workshops and Zoom calls. How are we going to do this with a facemask on?
