How to navigate the running of a marketing agency through #Coronavirus
The last month or so has been unfamiliar territory to many small and mid-sized business owners. My first brush with Coronavirus was when a Melbourne - based Chinese employee said that she needed to go home to China to look after her family as they had become ill. I immediately understood her predicament and took the required steps to ensure that we knew enough information on the topic to forge ahead.

I knew you when…

At the time, I worked in marketing for a large retailer and Nicole worked for News Limited. We lived together and like most girls that age, we spent night after night talking about how one day we would do this and one day we would do that. We both had big dreams and were prepared to put in the hard yards to achieve them.

Are you the reason why?
It pains me to remember when the business was just me. Even though I have always had staff, I remember when they couldn’t make decisions without me and I worked 16 hours a day just to ensure that everything was 100% perfect.
